Both the Center Manager and Center
Supervisor user levels allow access to all Client records, permit the
assignment of Clients to specific Advocates, and include access to Center-wide reports.
In contrast, the Advocate user
level limits access rights only to Clients being served by the Advocate, along
with the related forms. Advocates do not have access to Center-wide reports.
Here's a

The Genesis
Network Care Plan Suite helps Advocates to identify Client needs, define
goals, and develop individually tailored care plans. With
real-time knowledge of Client history, needs and goals, you'll optimize
outcomes with services better tailored to immediate and future needs—informed by connected Client
journeys.
The next five
forms—from Service/Interaction Log to Mercy Gifts—are used to
track services, notes, and referrals administered by Advocates, along with
resources and financial gifts distributed to Clients.
The Genesis
Network Baby Bucks Suite is the first of its kind in the
cloud, empowering Advocates and Center teams to easily track the number of Baby
Bucks given and redeemed. The Baby Bucks Dashboard provides an
at-a-glance visual display of key Baby Bucks metrics by Client.
Advocates and
Center teams can use the Baby Items Distributed feature to document the
baby items redeemed in their Baby Boutiques. They can also assign a price to each
item to demonstrate the financial value delivered to Clients via the Center.
The Genesis Network Service Log
allows you to accelerate the feedback loop by documenting Client interactions
and services provided, and tracking Client progress via any device, including
smartphones.
A short note can be attached to each interaction via a Progress
Note to further detail Client progress.
The Genesis Network Mercy Gifts feature allows
Advocates to assist the Center in capturing and tracking the financial value of
services and donations delivered to Clients via the Center.

The Referral
Input form is used by Advocates to document each time an agency is used as
a resource. It is also used to document the number of referrals
made on behalf of a Client and the Center.
